As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our customers, advising them and guiding them to success with our solution.   • Ensure new clients onboarding (management of small and medium projects)
  • Advise new clients on best practices
  • Configure their InputKit account
  • Ensure customer success (satisfaction and renewal). Find solutions for our clients to achieve their objectives with our solutions;
  • Be results-oriented and have initiative to achieve objectives;
  • Answer customer questions related to the platform via our online chat tool (intercom) or on the phone;
  • Compile customer feedback for future feature developments;
  • Propose ideas to the company to improve the product or processes;
  • Be bilingual French/English;
