Customer success manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in building strong and lasting relationships with our clients, while guiding a team toward achieving their goals. Your impact will be felt directly in customer satisfaction and retention, while also contributing to the company’s growth. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with us. You are the key to our customer success department! Your mission is to…

  • Guide clients through platform setup and usage (onboarding, training, configuring NPS/CSAT surveys, etc.) and manage VIP accounts.
  • Analyze satisfaction data (feedback, scoring, alerts) and help clients turn insights into actionable steps.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth of the customer portfolio.
  • Contribute to the overall Customer Success strategy of the company (vision, tools, processes).
  • Define and track team KPIs: adoption rate, NPS, churn, retention, post-support satisfaction.
  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose solutions (new processes, documentation, automation).
  • Train, mentor, and grow your team to build a strong Customer Success function (facilitate daily/weekly rituals, track individual goals, conduct 1:1s).
  • Spot upsell opportunities on additional modules (e.g., advanced analytics, CRM integrations, automations).
