Sales director

You will be responsible for executing all of the company’s sales initiatives. You will play a key role in developing effective sales strategies to achieve, and exceed the company’s revenue goals.

You are the key to our sales team! You will have to

  • Lead daily morning briefs and weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc meetings for the sales team.
  • Frequently check in with team members and maintain regular points of contact to discuss progress on goals, engagement, professional development, and more.
  • Set clear expectations and objectives with team members; provide appropriate tools and learning activities to help achieve goals.
  • Improve training content to optimize the skill development of sales representatives.
  • Coordinate and oversee sales team activities to ensure productivity and goal attainment.
  • Evaluate results, provide performance/productivity reports, and share them with the sales team.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and interview process for sales representatives, following InputKit’s best practices.
  • Contribute to developing the commercial strategy to maximize growth opportunities and achieve objectives.
