Senior account executive

As a Senior Account Executive, your main role will be to maintain relationships with our prospects, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities to enrich our client portfolio. You will be responsible for executing all of the company's sales initiatives. Including a management part, you will have an opportunity for professional growth in which you will be responsible for the strategic decisions of our sales team. You will play a key role in developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed the company's revenue goals.

You are the key to our sales team! You will have to

  • Prospect potential customers by making targeted cold calls, sending emails/videos or other sales activities to schedule outbound demos.
  • Create a sales pipeline and cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, encouraging them to be attracted to our solutions.
  • Meet customers in person or virtually, propose high value-added sales offers and follow up until closing.
  • Continue to maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and challenges, and work collaboratively with them to provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Design and execute effective Inbound and Outbound sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, taking into account the company’s short and long term goals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to management on progress against objectives.
  • Mentor, motivate and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals, providing them with the resources and support necessary to achieve and exceed their individual and collective goals.
  • Analyze the market and identify growth opportunities, new potential customer segments and strategic partnerships to develop the company’s customer portfolio.
