Daniel Fournier has unique expertise in marketing strategy and specializes in customer experience and sales. With over 25 years of experience, he has held senior positions in world-class companies such as Coca-Cola and L’Oréal Canada.
Today a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec and the Association professionnelle en expérience client (CXPA). Daniel holds a professional certification in customer experience (CCXP), a certification in sales (CSL) from the Canadian Association of Sales Professionals (ACPV) and a master’s degree in strategy from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal (HEC). He now teaches his expertise in customer experience and sales at the same school.
With his practice and client experience management team, Daniel shares his knowledge and expertise with organizations of all sizes across the country. He has developed a unique, innovative and diversified integrated customer experience (CX) and sales service offering to meet current challenges. He is deeply interested in increasing the differential value of brands and creating long-term growth leverage through innovation, sales engagement and customer experience management (CXM).
